Your spaces

My plan keeps your own wishes and practical details. Organising for someone is a separate space for arrangements, notes, contacts and documents. Use the space selector to move between them.

Notes stay private. Adding a helper does not invite them, and reporting a death does not release another person’s plan. Requests for existing plans require an independent permission check.

Keeping your work

The save status confirms when changes reach your account. If saving fails, keep this page open and use the recovery download. You can export your current records from Account settings. Earlier saved versions are retained; removing a note is not the same as a deletion request.

Get support or make a privacy request

Record a request with your account. Keep the reference number. Submitting records a pending request for review; it does not automatically delete data or grant plan access. Please do not send passwords, bank details or identity documents.
